Marut Drones launches India’s 1st DGCA-certified agri drone
Vijayawada: Marut Drones on Tuesday announced the launch of AG365H, India’s first DGCA type certified medium category agricultural drone. The inauguration took place at the Amaravati Drone Summit, graced by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Union Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu. AG365H is designed to transform agricultural practices across the country and can be used for fish feeding, broadcasting fertilizer granules, spraying pesticides, and providing comprehensive training for drone operators. Its multi-utility features are set to significantly enhance productivity and sustainability in modern farming.
The company said Marut’s AG365H has a portable design that allows it to be easily transported on a two-wheeler. It offers 23 minutes of flight time with a depleting payload and features a 10-liter tank for liquid applications. Powered by a robust 25,200 mAh lithium-ion battery, the drone also supports live video streaming and digital platform recording for comprehensive data capture. Equipped with 4G connectivity for seamless communication and a user-friendly remote with a screen for enhanced control, it can cover 30 acres per day and includes a dual flight mode to cater to various operational needs. The multi-language Ground Control Station (GCS) makes it accessible to a diverse range of users.
